The inspiration for this tile comes from a woollen fabric, woven in Artois, France in the 14th century. Interestingly, these types of fabrics were made for the working classes and for costume purposes and were valued by the Italians. A single tile repeated makes a delightful panel of tiles.
This tile comes in black, terracotta and grey and can be produced in other colours for a minimum order.
